Wednesday: 9:00 am - 6:30 pm
Thursday: 9:00 am - 2:30 pm
Friday: 9:00 am - 6:30 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give me 24 hours notice, please notify me ASAP. After your 1st cancellation/rescheduled appt without the proper notification, a non-refundable deposit will be required for future appointments. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows
No-shows are costly. I ask that you please be considerate of my time. If you are unable to make it to your scheduled appointment, please notify me ASAP. After your 1st no-show, you will be asked to pay a non-refundable deposit for your next appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your service may be shortened in order to accommodate other appointments that follow yours. Please call to let me know you are running late. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will determine if there is enough time remaining to complete your service. Out of respect and consideration to myself and other customers, please plan accordingly and do your best to be on time.
